Nestled on a hill in historic East Baltimore lives the Last Resort Artist Retreat built by Adams in 2022. The Last Resort Artist Retreat (T.L.R.A.R.) residency subscribes to the concept of leisure as therapy for the Black creative and is committed to offering the space and curated-experience conducive to their rejuvenation.

Scott was a pleasure to work with. The beautiful custom mahogany daybed he designed, built, and installed for me turned my back porch into a comfortable reading oasis. The daybed is a testament to his design and carpentry skills, and I was pleased to receive it within the quoted lead time. I look forward to enjoying the daybed for many years to come and wish Scott the best with his future projects!
